Thank you very much for a wonderful NJ Folk Dance Fest! The energy, warmth, and good cheer of so many dancers dancing together in your beautifully decorated dance hall; great dances and lovely food made it an unforgettable afternoon. And "Believe" made for a perfect ending in the spirit of unity and harmony. Many, many thanks to you and Monmouth FD for all your hard work!

Congratulations to you all for another successful folk dance fest!!!
We, the Edison dancers had a great time dancing with our fellow folk dance teams, meeting our friends, and learning a few new dances.
Thank you for all the coordination and preparation for the wonderful and special occasion.
Sorry that I had to leave before the event ending time because my carpool driver had an appointment for an airport pickup. Please forgive me for leaving without saying "Goodbye and Thank You." I did not want to interrupt too much then.

I agree with Wen-Hua. It was a wonderful Folkfest, despite the weather. You folks found a place with a beautiful dance floor. I enjoyed seeing dances I've never seen and hope to bring some of them into MFD's repertoire.

Thank you, thank you, a million thank yous for all of the hard work and dedication you put into making the 8th annual Fest another smashing success. You guys put on the Fest with such style! I well understand how much work it is - the planning meetings you had, your committees, the hours involved selecting the location and preparing for the event. Great choice of location by the way--a large and comfortable dance space with a perfect wood floor, and side rooms with plenty of space for food, drink, coats, etc. The room was beautifully decorated with your magnificent costumes, great posters and of course the flags. The drinks and food were bountifully laid out. The afternoon went off so smoothly because it was so well organized in advance that it seemed flawless.
It is a joy to come together each year to dance and connect as friends. The fact that it has endured for these 8 years is really awesome and wonderful.
So a hearty thank you for doing your part to perpetuate this lovely New Jersey folk dance tradition, and for doing it so magnificently.

I was sorry to have missed the Fest. I have received videos showing the large circle, the costume decorations, the flags--and many messages saying what a good time they had. Many thanks for hosting this event, and for the work you all did. The schedule of dances of all the groups was a great idea, too.
